Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the complete financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounts receivable/payable, managing statutory compliance, and generating timely reports to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records using accounting software.
• Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, payments, and vouchers.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including tracking customer payments.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns in compliance with government regulations.
• Familiarity with project-wise cost tracking and payment schedules.
• Handle bank reconciliation, ledger maintenance, and petty cash management.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Ensure proper documentation and safe record-keeping of all financial transactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, CA Inter or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or construction companies.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, Accounting Softwares and basic accounting principles.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and financial compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

• Ability to handle confidential financial data responsibly.
• Time management and multitasking skills.
• Experience in coordinating with banks, vendors, and statutory authorities.
