Job Description

Note: Only candidates who are immediate joiners and currently based in Hyderabad will be considered for this role. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead and drive the sales function for our real estate/construction division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing sales initiatives that boost revenue, optimize channel performance, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in expanding the organizations market presence and overseeing both in-house and channel sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for residential and/or commercial projects Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform pricing and positioning Forecast revenue and monitor performance metrics across projects Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals Team Leadership Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team (in-house and field) Define sales KPIs and implement regular performance tracking and reporting Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance Channel & Broker Management Build strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and DSAs Drive channel productivity through consistent engagement, training, and incentives Expand broker network and ensure alignment with company objectives Client Engagement & Deal Closure Oversee end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and documentation Maintain strong relationships with clients, including HNIs and institutional investors Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage escalations professionally Operational & Compliance Oversight Ensure compliance with RERA and other legal regulations in all sales transactions Coordinate with legal and finance teams for agreement execution, payment plans, and documentation Use CRM tools to manage leads, pipeline, and reporting Key Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in driving real estate/construction sales Strong leadership and people management skills Deep understanding of local property markets and buyer behavior Excellent negotiation and communication abilities Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools, real estate portals, and digital sales platforms High emotional intelligence and client-centric approach Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in real estate/construction sales a senior leadership role
