Role Summary:

We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the used car market, particularly in the premium and mid-range segments, and will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to consistently achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets.

Oversee account management and develop long-term customer relationships.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Train and mentor team members to improve overall performance and productivity.

Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical and sales skills.

Proven experience in account management and sales management.

Demonstrated ability in team leadership and performance management.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Prior experience in the automotive industry (particularly used cars) is highly preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Location: Ahmedabad (Candidates must be based in Ahmedabad only)
