Job Description

we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Head to lead, scale, and drive our sales division across Inbound, Outbound, and Enterprise channels.

  • Lead and mentor high-performing teams across multiple sales verticals.
  • Build and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee pipeline management, CRM, and performance analytics.
  • Drive enterprise closures and negotiate with top-tier clients (Architecture, Media, AI, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Customer Success for integrated campaigns and upselling funnels.
  • Foster a results-oriented culture with structured training, mentorship, and performance reviews.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
  • Strong strategic mindset with hands-on deal-closing ability.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving measurable growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
