IT hardware technician

As an IT Hardware Technician (PC) at our Kochi location, your role will involve assembling, installing, and maintaining computer systems, desktops, and related peripherals. Your knowledge of printers will be crucial in this role. You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues, performing system upgrades, installing operating systems and software, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Your hands-on experience in PC assembly, formatting, and basic networking will be highly valuable. A Diploma, ITI, or degree in Computer Hardware or IT with 3 years of experience is preferred. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical support to end users are essential.
