Job Description

As a dynamic Sales Head, your role will involve leading, scaling, and driving the sales division of the company across Inbound, Outbound, and Enterprise channels. You will be responsible for mentoring high-performing teams in multiple sales verticals and building and executing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales strategies that are aligned with company goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing pipeline management, CRM, and performance analytics to ensure optimal sales performance. - Driving enterprise closures and negotiating with top-tier clients in various industries such as Architecture, Media, and AI. - Collaborating with Marketing & Customer Success teams to create integrated campaigns and upselling funnels. - Fostering a results-oriented culture by providing structured training, mentorship, and conducting performance reviews. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions. You must possess a strong strategic mindset with hands-on deal-closing ability, along with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving measurable growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential for success in this position. This is a full-time role that requires you to work in person at the designated location.,
