Sales Head

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead and drive the performance of our automobile retail store. As the Sales Head, your primary responsibilities will include leading the showroom sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, strategizing and implementing sales plans to enhance overall showroom performance, supervising daily operations to ensure excellent customer service delivery, monitoring lead conversion, test drive scheduling, and follow-ups, coordinating with marketing teams for local promotions and events, ensuring proper display, branding, and adherence to dealership standards, as well as training, guiding, and motivating the sales team. The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience in automobile showroom sales, with a minimum of 5 years preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with in-depth knowledge of automobile sales processes and customer behavior. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, a target-driven and customer-focused approach are also key requirements for this position.
