Job Description

As the Sales Head at Aviv Digital Academy in Calicut, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy for digital marketing and UI/UX courses. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth through both B2C (student enrollments) and B2B (corporate/institutional partnerships) channels, all while managing and developing a high-performing sales team. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve growth targets, providing leadership and guidance to the sales team, and fostering strategic partnerships within the education and digital marketing industry. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of meeting sales targets in the EdTech/digital services sector, experience in managing sales teams, a strong network within the education and digital marketing industry, a data-driven mindset with familiarity in sales analytics tools, as well as exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at our location in Calicut.,
