Role & responsibilities Proven track record with Quality Walkin and conversions.Conducting competitor analysis by keeping a close view of market trends.Strong relationships with Brokers/CPs/ICPs/IPCs and retaining the same.Talk to the leads generated by Tele Calling team & CP and explain the project details to generate walk-ins.Achieve Targets on Monthly/Weekly/ Daily basisTake prospects for site visits answering all relevant queries in the process.Worked with leading developers.Ensure data is captured on daily basis in the ERP Keep abreast of market trends to obtain intelligence reports regarding competition and facilitating the formulation of strategies to counter competition.Building High Performance TeamUpdate HoD on critical sales deal and provide options on pricing etc. Preferred candidate profile Min 10-12 years particularly in Sales Closing; Predominantly closing. Experience with a leading real estate development firm.Good communication, presentation, negotiation skills.Team player.A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.Networking and meeting new people.
