Job Description

Key Responsibilities Handle Residential Real Estate Sales and achieve monthly revenue targets. Manage end-to-end discussions with buyers and educate them about the company's offerings on a daily basis. Attend inquiries generated through the Digital Marketing platform by addressing needs and concerns to fulfill buyers' expectations. Build relationships with top-selling developers, investors, and end-customers. Facilitate negotiation processes and consult clients on market conditions and prices. Offer advisory and consultation to customers for purchasing property to secure the best deals under optimal terms. Identify clients' needs and propose suitable solutions. Schedule engagement meetings with predetermined leads. Conduct property showings, consultations, and sales by delivering personalized service to HNI customers. Convert prospects into buyers by showcasing appropriate primary residential properties that align with their investment needs. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values. Coordinate with the internal CRM team to ensure seamless after-sales service. Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, execute efficiently, foster innovation, prioritize customer focus, and collaborate effectively.
