Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the Sales and Post-Sales functions with financials and key business metrics, including sales efficiency, sales productivity, pricing and discounting sales pipeline, headcount ratios
Perform actual vs. budget variance analysis and identify any risks or opportunities associated with reported financial data; provide monthly expense, revenue, and headcount forecasts
Manage the annual financial and operational budget and the quarterly and monthly financial forecasts for the sales and post-sales organizations
Design and deliver robust and scalable sales reporting methodology where you can quickly synthesize information, structure a concise, clear presentation of findings to an executive audience
Develop and maintain financial models to track and analyze investment priorities and evaluate potential alternatives and their impact on the company's overall performance

requirements

Qualifications / Skills
Advanced Google Sheets (or Excel) & financial modeling skills
Strong organization and execution skills, including ability to operate independently and drive multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously to drive business goals
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; superior attention to detail
Excellent business communication skills, written & verbal
Outstanding ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally and at multiple levels of the organization
Experience operating in a B2B SaaS business model, (strongly preferred)
Experience operating a FP&A Software, such as Adaptive (preferred)
Successful candidates will work in PST shift and full remote work setup
