Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Field Executive located in Daloda. The Sales Field Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting field visits, explaining product offerings, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, collecting relevant documents, processing loan applications, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The role demands active contribution to revenue generation and adherence to company standards while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills for meeting sales targets and engaging with potential customers.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in communication and presentation for effectively promoting financial products and services.
• Basic knowledge of financial services, loan processes, and documentation is preferable.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and working in an on-site environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or sales-related roles is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. A degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
