Sales Field Executive

1. Sales Management

• Increasing the sales of the company's products/services across the Howrah and Kolkata districts.
• Preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the company.
• Analyzing the reasons for low sales, identifying issues, and taking necessary corrective actions.
• Developing new customers and retaining existing customers.
• Conducting market visits, customer meetings, and regular sales follow-ups.

2. Stock & Inventory Management

• Monitoring stock levels and informing the company immediately when stock is low.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and submitting regular stock reports.

3. Collection & Deposit

• Collecting payments from customers against sales.
• Depositing the collected amount into the company’s designated bank account on the specified day.

4. Team Coordination & Reporting

• Carrying out field operations as instructed by the management.
• Following all company rules, policies, and procedures.
• Providing necessary suggestions and feedback to improve the company’s sales processes.

5. Additional Responsibilities

• Updating daily visit reports in the company-provided app/software.
• Monitoring competitor activities in the assigned area and submitting reports.
• Assisting in company promotion and branding activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
