Sales Executive (B2B) - Camp365 by Foliage Outdoors

Location: Pune

About Camp365: Camp365 is a campsite managed by Foliage Outdoors, designed to host school groups for day trips and overnight programs, as well as corporate outings, team-building events, and workshops. With a focus on safety, experiential learning, and outdoor adventure, Camp365 offers a unique setting for groups to connect, learn, and grow in the natural environment.

Job Description: Are you skilled at building partnerships and passionate about outdoor experiences? Camp365 is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic B2B Sales Executive to connect with schools, corporations, and organisations, promoting our range of group programs and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach schools, travel agents, and corporate clients to promote Camp365’s day trips, overnight camps, and group workshops.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs and customising proposals accordingly.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with decision-makers to showcase Camp365’s offerings.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, networking, and follow-ups, converting inquiries into bookings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of group events.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to refine your sales strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of Camp365’s client base.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in travel, education, hospitality, or event management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging decision-makers.
  • Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with diverse clients.
  • Passion for outdoor education, group activities, and experiential learning.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client meetings and site visits.
  • Flexibility to work during peak seasons, including weekends or evenings as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
