Job Summary:

Nutrikosh India Limited is seeking a motivated and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive for its Agri Input division in Kanpur. The candidate must have hands-on experience in selling agri products like seeds, fertilizers, or pesticides and working with distributors and dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with agri input dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
• Promote and sell products such as fertilizers, pesticides, and seeds in the B2B segment.
• Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
• Conduct regular market visits to maintain client relationships and gather market intelligence.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and order processing.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update reports regularly.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in Agriculture or related field (B.Sc Agri / Diploma in Agri preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Agri Input Sales (B2B).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Basic knowledge of local market and agri input products
• Comfortable with fieldwork and client interaction
• Familiar with MS Excel or basic reporting tools
