Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for

    BIM/CAD outsourcing projects

    in the Indian construction sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    real estate developers, architects, general contractors, and MEP subcontractors

    .
  • Understand project needs (drawings, modeling, detailing, coordination) and coordinate internally to prepare suitable proposals.
  • Negotiate and close high-value service agreements while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Work with internal technical teams to align client requirements with deliverables.
  • Stay updated on

    construction industry trends, regulations, and digital adoption (BIM, green building codes, smart cities initiatives, etc.)

  • Generate leads via

    industry events, networking, and digital channels

    .
  • Conduct

    presentations and client meetings

    to communicate service value.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline and provide performance reports to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to develop industry-specific sales campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred, not mandatory).
  • 2–5 years of proven sales experience in the Indian construction industry

    (e.g., real estate, building materials, contracting, or allied services).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle corporate and HNI clients, and close high-value transactions.
  • Good understanding of

    how construction projects are executed and the role of design/documentation services

    (awareness of BIM/CAD workflows preferred, technical expertise not required).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel as per business needs.
  • Established network with

    developers, brokers, contractors, and consultants

    in the construction ecosystem.
