Sales Executive

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Executive with at least 3 years of proven success in sales. The ideal candidate will focus on generating new business, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth by promoting our design and lifestyle solutions.

Key Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.- Understand client needs and coordinate with the design team to deliver tailored solutions.- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.- Support marketing campaigns and collaborate to enhance lead generation efforts.- Maintain and update CRM tools with client information, sales pipeline, and progress tracking.- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, architecture, or luxury lifestyle segments.- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office.- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
