Job Overview:

Fitline (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive located in Ahmedabad. This is a work-from-home role with regular local travel for visiting gyms, fitness centers, and client locations. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in Direct Sales, B2B Sales, or Commercial Sales, preferably in the fitness equipment industry.

The role requires strong client management skills, goal-oriented performance, and regular coordination with the Regional Manager based in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads via direct outreach, field visits, and B2B marketing
• Promote and present Fitline’s fitness equipment to prospective clients through virtual meetings and on-site visits
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Create customized proposals and deliver product presentations
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Conduct local market analysis and identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service
• Share live location with the Regional Manager (Jaipur) during all field visits, gym meetings, and client appointments
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and report progress regularly

Requirements:

• Graduate or Post-Graduate in any stream
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Direct, Commercial, or B2B Sales
• Experience in the fitness equipment industry is highly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
