Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform cold calling, tele calling, and lead generation through company database and online platforms.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into prospects for residential real estate projects
  • Explain project details and address client queries effectively
  • Schedule and conduct site visits with potential customers.
  • Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through property sales and closures.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM entries, and daily MIS updates.

Key Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer handling and relationship management ability
  • Confidence in telecalling, cold calling, and field sales.
  • Knowledge of real estate sales process and local property market (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment
