Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform cold calling, tele calling, and lead generation through company database and online platforms.
Qualify leads and convert them into prospects for residential real estate projects
Explain project details and address client queries effectively
Schedule and conduct site visits with potential customers.
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Achieve monthly sales targets through property sales and closures.
Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM entries, and daily MIS updates.

Key Skills Required

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer handling and relationship management ability
Confidence in telecalling, cold calling, and field sales.
Knowledge of real estate sales process and local property market (preferred).
Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment
.

Candidate must own a 2 wheeler for field visits
