Job Description

Shift timing: 10:30 to 7 pm with with either Monday or Tuesday week off Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Provide property tours and explain features, pricing, and benefits. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties. Build and maintain relationships with clients for future business. Negotiate deals and close sales effectively. Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams during transactions. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competition. Participate in promotional events, site visits, and exhibitions as required. Requirements: Minimum Qualification: minimum 12th pass MInimum 6 months of esperience candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply. Proven experience in real estate or sales (preferred for experienced candidates) Good negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
