Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing them with the best automotive solutions. Key tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting test drives, showcasing vehicles, following up with leads, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact to after-sales support. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and participate in promotional events.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
Customer service skills and ability to build long-term relationships
Knowledge of automotive products and services
Good negotiation and persuasive skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
Valid driver's license
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
