Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and relationship building with clients. Identify potential customers, build rapport, and negotiate deals to meet project requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations. Manage existing accounts to maintain strong relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales decisions. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales in the building material industry. Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship-building with clients. Strong understanding of institutional sales, government sales, contractor/retail projects, secondary sales channels.
