DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Generation & Business Development: Promote and sell tissue paper products (e.g., facial tissues, toilet rolls, paper towels) to retailers, wholesalers, and other distributors. Achieve sales targets and expand market penetration for tissue paper products in assigned region. Identify new business opportunities, both in terms of customer acquisition and market expansion. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Provide excellent after-sales support to resolve issues and ensure customer loyalty. Conduct regular visits to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to assess needs, introduce new products, and address concerns. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the tissue paper sector to identify new opportunities and threats. Gather customer feedback and provide insights to marketing and product development teams. Identify competitor products and pricing strategies to adapt sales tactics and improve performance. Product Knowledge & Training: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's tissue paper product range and features. Provide product training to customers, helping them understand the benefits and unique selling points of the products. Assist customers with merchandising and promotional activities to boost product visibility and sales. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance, generate sales reports, and provide forecasts for future sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions in CRM or other company systems. Prepare regular performance reports for management review. Promotions & Marketing Support: Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and advertising campaigns. Assist in the planning and execution of sales promotions, discounts, and marketing strategies to increase product visibility. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and sales events to promote products. KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in the tissue paper or related products sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers. Self-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong analytical skills and ability to understand market trends. Good organizational and time management skills.
