Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team in the pest control industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in pest control or related fields, and possess a strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales dynamics. As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated territory. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned area to expand the customer base and increase revenue. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new and existing customers. Collaborate with the customer service and operations teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas. Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to help shape service offerings and promotional campaigns.
