Nature of role – To support customer from Dealership location and filed visit to check customer documents Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and identify prospective customers interested in auto loans. Explain different auto loan products, interest rates, terms, and eligibility criteria to customers. Assist customers in filling out loan applications and collecting necessary documents. Coordinate with credit and underwriting teams to facilitate loan approvals and disbursal. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan applications in CRM systems.
