We are excited to announce that we are opening positions on our team!We are seeking talented individuals for Sales Executive role, who can work collaboratively and ambitiously to help scale up our app development process.Your Role & Responsibilities:In your role as Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal part in leading and executing our sales initiatives, particularly in the vendor onboarding process. Your primary responsibilities will include:1. Team Guidance & Leadership Guiding and mentoring the team of sales trainees to ensure productivity, motivation, and achievement of sales goals.2. Sales Strategy Development Preparing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive vendor onboarding and ensure market growth.3. CRM & CMS Management Maintaining and updating CRM/CMS tools to track leads, sales pipelines, and performance metrics with accuracy.4. Reporting & Accountability Providing structured and timely reports on sales progress, achievements against targets, and key insights for management review.5. Target Achievement Ensuring the achievement of vendor onboarding targets to strengthen Trippldee's vendor ecosystem.6. Market Expansion Initially focusing on Kochi for vendor acquisition and market penetration, followed by strategic expansion into other cities and regions.Compensation & Benefits:Your compensation package will include a fixed salary of INR 25,000 for the initial month, along with performance-based incentives. Subsequent increments in salary and benefits will be determined based on your performance and the company's revenue generation.Location - Chennai
