Job Description

  • Prospecting: Identifying and reachingout to potential customers or clients through various means, such as coldcalling, networking, and online research.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients,understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Having in-depthknowledge of the products or services they are selling, including features, benefits,and pricing.
  • Sales Presentations: Creating anddelivering persuasive sales presentations to potential clients to showcase thevalue of the product or service.
  • Negotiation: Negotiating terms, prices,and agreements with clients to close sales deals.
  • Sales Targets: Meeting or exceedingsales targets and quotas set by the company.
  • Market Research: Staying informed aboutmarket trends, competitor products, and industry developments to adapt salesstrategies.
  • Sales Reporting: Keeping detailedrecords of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and salesdata.
  • Customer Service: Providing after-salessupport and addressing customer inquiries or issues.
  • Collaboration: Working with otherteams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategieswith overall business objectives.
Role and Responsibilities
 
- Connecting with the customer leads given by the company
- Managingclient queries on phone converting tele-conversation into a personalmeeting
- Providingthe best possible solution to customers
- Follow upwith customers
- Negotiating on the price
- Closingdeals and taking care of documentation
- Making areport
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database
  • Plan Conceptualize Sales strategies.
  • Activating Internal Verticals Loyalty,Referrals and Channel Partners to generate regular business.
  • Awareness of government policies processes transaction procedures.
  • Regularly report achievements versus budgetforecasts to the Senior Management Team conducting competitor analysis bykeeping a close view of market trends.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends to obtainintelligence reports regarding competition and facilitating the formulation ofstrategies to counter competition. Closing deals with clients and ensuring after sales services are carried off properly.
  • Corporatepresentation meetings, attending walk-ins,
  • Developing pre-launch and after sales strategiesand processes to maintain cordial relations with clients.
