Job Description

Key Account Executive duties and responsibilities


  1. Responsible for the sales numbers from the India & International region through Inboundand Outbound Channels

  2. Align with internal teams (Inside Sales, Marketing,) to deliver the numbers.

  3. Manage the end-to-end sales process after lead qualification and provide clear visibility onthe pipeline to the leadership team

  4. Partner with Marketing colleagues on driving cross-functional, cross-channel marketingefforts to meet the growth objectives

  5. Creating and maintaining customer database in CRM

  6. Understanding customer needs & Providing Product Demonstrations


Requirements and Qualifications


  1. Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to negotiate and problem-solve.

  2. Strong oral and written communication skills.

  3. Versed with basic computer skills including PowerPoint, MS Office and Excel.

  4. Able to take decisions & willing to work in a Team

  5. Demonstrate business acumen and an understanding of business sales processes.
