Sales Executive/ Telecaller

Job Description Role Overview: You will be working as a Sales Executive/Telecaller for ACEXM7 Events Pvt Ltd, a leading event management company in India. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to potential clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in promoting company services, explaining exhibition details, addressing client queries, maintaining client databases, and assisting in the sales process. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams is essential to achieve set targets and contribute to the success of industrial events. Key Responsibilities: - Reach out to potential clients through telephonic conversations - Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders - Promote company services and explain exhibition details - Address client queries and provide excellent customer service - Maintain client databases accurately - Assist in the sales process by collaborating with sales and marketing teams - Contribute towards achieving set targets for industrial events Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Sales and Client Relationship Management - Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills - Ability to Handle Telephonic Conversations and Provide Excellent Customer Service - Knowledge of Marketing principles and CRM Tools - Goal-oriented, with Time Management and Organizational skills - Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail - Prior experience in event management, sales, or related fields is advantageous - Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields, is preferred,
