Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive/Telecaller based in New Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include promoting company services, explaining exhibition details, addressing client queries, maintaining client databases, and assisting in the sales process. The individual will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve set targets and contribute to the success of the company's industrial events.

• Proficiency in Sales and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to Handle Telephonic Conversations and Provide Excellent Customer Service
• Knowledge of Marketing principles and CRM Tools
• Goal-oriented, with Time Management and Organizational skills
• Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Prior experience in event management, sales, or related fields is advantageous
• Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields, is preferred
