Job Title: Recruitment Development Manager (RDM) Locations: Rajkot, Jamnagar, Ahmedabad and Mumbai Role Overview : We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Development Manager (RDM) for the Insurance sector to drive business growth through the recruitment, training, and development of Agents. This is a key role that requires a strong network within the local community, excellent sales achievements, and the ability to build relationships and motivate others to achieve business goals. You will be responsible for expanding the sales force, training new agents, and driving business performance through them. Role & responsibilities Skills & Requirements : Experience : Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of achievements in the Insurance industry or similar field. Local Network : Strong network and connections within the local region (Rajkot, Jamnagar, Ahmedabad) to quickly identify potential agents and opportunities. Communication : Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to build and maintain relationships with agents and stakeholders. Leadership : Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Sales Acumen : Ability to drive sales performance, motivate others, and create innovative solutions for business growth. Education : Minimum of a bachelors degree in any field. Post-graduate qualifications are a plus.
