Sales Executive

Job Title: B2B Sales Executive Company: Communique Concrete Location: Howrah Job Summary Communique Concrete is looking for a driven and dynamic B2B Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong business relationships, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the construction and concrete solutions sector. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential B2B clients (builders, contractors, architects, developers, etc.). Promote and sell company products/services to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitors, and customer needs. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the operations and technical team to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain proper sales reports and provide regular updates to management. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of B2B sales and client relationship management. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to achieve targets and work under minimal supervision. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling). Self-motivated and result-oriented approach. Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. Minimum 1+ year of experience in B2B sales (preferably in construction/building materials industry).
