Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in wooden flooring products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing long-term business relationships, and achieving sales targets through proactive client interaction and market development. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients, including architects, builders, and interior designers. Generate new leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into successful deals. Present and promote wooden flooring products to customers professionally and effectively. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specifications, pricing, and competitive advantages. Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, and logistics) to ensure timely project execution. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and CRM updates. Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings. Skills & Qualifications: 3–4 years of proven experience in wooden flooring sales or related interior/furniture products. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent relationship-building and client management skills. Sound understanding of market trends, materials, and competitors in the flooring industry. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
