Sales Executive - Switchgear

As a Sales Executive at Lucy Electric India Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be covering potential customers in the MP Region and contributing to achieving monthly and yearly business plans. You will be involved in marketing activities and sales generation in the MP region for LEI, as well as supporting the West Region Sales and Marketing team. - Identify opportunities within the defined geographical area to quantify business potential for Lucy Electric Products in the Utility, Private, and Industries Market. - Achieve and exceed the business plan with maximum sales realization in the region. - Conduct demand generation and market development activities. - Develop a new customer base and create new business initiative activities. - Identify and explore new business avenues to increase sales turnover and profit margins. - Interact closely with Industries, Utilities, CPs, and Consultants to specify products in upcoming tenders resulting in sales. - Innovate sales strategies to stay ahead of the competition. - Work closely with Key Accounts like MES, Private sector, EPCs, Utilities, etc. - Prepare technical and commercial offers for projects and sales. - Promote the company's capabilities and products to end-users, EPCs, consultants, and clients. - Achieve sales orders and monitor the status to ensure timely delivery. Qualification Required: - Diploma / B.E. (Electrical) - Minimum 5+ years of working experience in a similar industry. - Previous experience in Indore preferred. Lucy Electric India Pvt.
