Job Title: Sales Executive (Offline Sales) Location: Multiple Cities (India) About: Emversity is India’s first asset-light university, a full-stack employability-led EdTech platform focused on acquiring, training, certifying, and placing aspirants into industries facing skilled workforce shortages. Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic offline sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals through phone calls and walk-ins. This role will work closely with the Inside Sales Head, Business Head, and City Head to ensure a world-class experience for our consumers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Engagement & Follow-Up: • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from company-generated leads. • Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. 2. Qualification & Sales Closure: • Qualify leads based on established criteria and understand customer needs and intent. • Work closely with the Field Sales Team to facilitate the closing process, handle objections, and negotiate effectively. 3. Product & Market Knowledge: • Gain in-depth knowledge of our products/services to communicate value propositions effectively. • Stay updated on industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify market opportunities. 4. Appointment Setting & CRM Management: • Schedule meetings and appointments for the Field Sales Team based on qualified leads. • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system. 5. Collaboration & Performance Metrics: • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align on lead generation strategies. • Meet and exceed individual and team-based sales targets & key performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements: • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple leads efficiently. • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. • Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management processes is a plus. • Preferred: Prior experience in Banking, BPO, or EdTech sectors is an advantage.
