The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid sales strategies.
• Conduct needs analysis and deliver appropriate product/service presentations.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build productive business relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (preferred).

Pay: ₹9,627.57 - ₹33,585.66 per month
