Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Sturlite Electric Pvt Ltd. This full-time role requires a professional with 2 to 5 years of experience in field and channel sales. The candidate will focus primarily on the lighting industry and work alongside dealers and distributors to expand market presence. Qualifications And Skills Field sales executive experience with a thorough understanding of sales processes and strategies (Mandatory skill). Experience in channel sales, particularly in the lighting industry, is essential (Mandatory skill). Proven track record in the lighting industry (Mandatory skill). Hands-on experience as a sales executive with the ability to close deals effectively. Competency in managing primary and secondary sales activities with a focus on growing market share. Understanding of FMEG (Fast-Moving Electrical Goods) categories is required for strategic selling. Experience working with dealers and distributors to drive sales growth and relationship management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the capability to present convincingly to clients. Roles And Responsibilities Identify and target potential customers in the lighting industry to increase sales and profitability. Expand and strengthen the companys market position by identifying new sales opportunities through field and channel sales. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors to facilitate primary and secondary sales. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to align sales strategies with business goals. Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and budgets to achieve set targets and report progress to management. Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to refine sales strategies and anticipate market demands.
