Job Title: Female Sales Executive

Reports to: Sales Manager

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Gokulam Park at Coimbatore

Preferable : Female Candidate (Age limit 25 to 35) Hotel industry preferred

Job Summary: sales executive roles in the hotel industry involve various positions like Corporate Sales Manager, Sales Manager, and Banquet Sales Executive, all focused on driving revenue through corporate and leisure client engagement. Key responsibilities include building client relationships, negotiating contracts, conducting sales presentations, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets. The role requires a strong educational background, sales experience, and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Corporate Sales Manager/Executive:Focuses on securing long-term contracts with corporate clients, managing key accounts, and driving business growth for the hotel.
  • Banquet Sales Executive:Specializes in selling banquet spaces and event services for weddings, conferences, and other functions.
  • Sales Manager:A broader role that involves developing and implementing sales strategies across different segments like corporate, leisure, and travel trade.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners.
  • Sales & Negotiation:Identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to generate revenue.
  • Presentations & Events:Conducting sales presentations, site inspections, and fam trips (familiarization trips) to showcase hotel facilities.
  • Market Analysis:Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Sales Planning:Developing and implementing sales action plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Reporting:Preparing sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: A proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry, is often required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are crucial.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
