Job Description

Role Overview:

The Sales will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market presence, and managing key accounts in the HoReCa and bakery segments. The role requires strong leadership in managing business operations, ensuring revenue growth, and delivering performance excellence through effective planning, execution, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute area sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Identify and onboard new HoReCa and bakery clients while retaining existing ones.
  • Drive distribution and availability of products across assigned territory.
  • Negotiate trade terms and ensure timely collections.

Account & Channel Management

  • Build strong relationships with Industrial, HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs) partners, bakery chains, and institutional clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions, and recommend strategic responses.
  • Ensure effective merchandising and brand visibility at customer locations.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and distributors.
  • Set clear targets, track performance, and conduct regular reviews.
  • Provide training and support to improve sales effectiveness.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and present periodic performance reports (sales, revenue, growth, market trends) to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and operational guidelines.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 510 years of proven FMCG sales experience, with strong exposure to B2B, HoReCa and bakery segments.
  • Excellent track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
