The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to promote the organization's products and services. You will be engaged in B2B sales for service and software products, hunting for companies from various online sources. It will be your duty to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring the achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual targets. Cold calling, fixing appointments, and meeting clients in the assigned market will be part of your routine. Additionally, you will be required to travel to customer locations and potential industry hubs for lead generation purposes. Following up on leads, conducting research to identify prospects, and building relationships to facilitate up-selling and cross-selling activities are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing. Experience in the Software industry would be advantageous. Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising is essential. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, excellent communication and convincing skills, proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi, strong project management abilities, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required.
