About the Role – Solar Consultant

Your Mission:

As a Solar Consultant, you'll be at the frontline of our clean energy movement — helping homeowners understand the power of solar, guiding them through the switch, and ensuring they have a smooth, delightful experience. You’ll blend consultative sales with relationship-building and a little bit of solar magic. ✨

What You’ll Do

🔸 Primary Responsibilities:

• Engage with warm leads and drive conversions through on-site visits and consultations
• Identify new business opportunities and channel partners
• Build trusted relationships with customers and upsell smart energy solutions
• Use cutting-edge CRM tools to manage your sales process
• Deliver post-sales support and service insights

🔸 Cross-Functional Impact:

• Support local marketing events and campaigns
• Maintain a rich and updated CRM database
• Be a valuable voice in team huddles and regional strategies
