Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include meeting with clients, presenting properties, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Client Relationship Management and Sales
  • Strong skills in Market Research and Sales Strategy Development
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
