Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Real Estate Executive with 23 years of experience in the commercial property segment, particularly within Gurugram . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leasing, selling, and managing commercial real estate and must possess in-depth knowledge of Gurugrams commercial zones, market trends, and client behavior . Key Responsibilities: Identify, source, and close deals for commercial leasing and sales . Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, developers, and clients. Conduct site visits and property inspections with potential clients. Maintain updated listings and documentation for all available commercial properties. Assist in negotiation of lease or sale agreements , ensuring smooth transactions. Track market trends, competitor offerings , and pricing benchmarks in Gurugram. Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and fieldwork. Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for timely deal closures. Prepare and present commercial property proposals to clients. Candidate Requirements: 23 years of proven experience in real estate, preferably in commercial properties . Strong knowledge of Gurugram&aposs commercial hubs , including Cyber City, Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, Udyog Vihar, MG Road, etc. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients or projects. Own vehicle preferred for commuting and site visits. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and real estate portals.
