Job Description: ​As a Sales Executive in our Venue Sales team, you will be responsible for handling client interactions and convincing them to purchase our life insurance policies. This is an in-house sales role, where you will be working with a steady flow of pre-qualified leads. Your primary focus will be on building rapport, understanding client needs, and effectively presenting the benefits of our life insurance products to close sales. ​Key Responsibilities: ​Engage with walk-in clients at our designated venue, building strong relationships and trust. ​Understand and identify clients' financial needs and goals to recommend suitable life insurance policies. ​Clearly and persuasively explain the features, benefits, and terms of our various life insurance products. ​Address client queries and concerns with professionalism and accuracy. ​Guide clients through the application process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience. ​Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). ​Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. ​Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry regulations. ​Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. ​Adhere to all company policies and ethical sales practices. ​Skills and Qualifications: ​Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. ​Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. ​Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. ​Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. ​Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. ​Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. ​High level of integrity and professionalism. ​Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. ​Life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one upon hiring) is a plus. ​What We Offer: ​Competitive salary with an attractive commission structure. ​Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development. ​A supportive and collaborative work environment. ​Opportunities for career growth and advancement. ​Health, dental, and vision insurance.
