Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Identifying Sales Opportunities Research and identify potential clients or markets. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, or digital channels. 2. Pitching Products or Services Present and demonstrate project to prospective clients. Highlight the value and benefits tailored to the customer's needs. 3. Negotiating and Closing Deals Handle pricing, terms, and conditions of sales. Overcome objections and close sales efficiently. 4. Building and Maintaining Client Relationships Follow up with existing customers for repeat business or upselling. Provide ongoing support and address post-sale queries or issues. 5. Meeting Sales Targets Work toward monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals. Track and report on sales performance to managers. 6. Market and Competitor Analysis Monitor market trends and competitor offerings. Provide feedback to improve products or sales strategies. 7. Reporting and Management Update customer records. Prepare reports on leads, conversions, and sales activities. Preferred candidate profile Candidate with 2-3 years of experience will be preferred.
