The company operates through a Hub & Spoke model to ensure better product availability in the market for cement, TMT bars, and color-coated sheets. Shiva Sales Corporation, along with its sister companies, has a robust distribution network with over 150 employees, 500 dealers/distributors, and 1,000 sub-dealers. The company maintains strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including architects and contractors. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Dehradun for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining relationships with dealers and distributors, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, providing product information, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves regular travel within the designated sales region and reporting to senior management on sales performance. QualificationsProven experience in sales within the building materials industryStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and other stakeholdersGoal-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet sales targetsExcellent organizational and time management skillsWillingness to travel within the sales regionBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the Uttarakhand market is an advantage
