Sales Candidates required from a steel Industry (TMT bars)

We use a Hub & Spoke model to ensure the availability of our products, which include cement, TMT bars, and color-coated sheets. With a robust distribution network, we have over 150 employees, 500 dealers/distributors, and 1000 sub-dealers. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Candidate located in Haldwani. The Sales Candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our TMT Bars, maintaining relationships with dealers and distributors, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, providing product training, managing sales activities, and meeting sales targets. The role requires frequent interaction with various stakeholders, providing product information, and addressing customer concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in providing Training and product information
• Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Previous experience in the steel industry, specifically with TMT bars, is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
