Role Overview

Sales Executive (Field Sales)

site visits, project discussions, contractor coordination, and field-level sales execution

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities from

    construction sites, real estate projects, developers, contractors, and infrastructure companies

    .
  • Conduct regular field visits to construction sites and project locations.
  • Generate enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Coordination

  • Meet builders, developers, contractors, site engineers, and project managers.
  • Understand site requirements and recommend suitable sanitation solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

Sales Operations

  • Prepare and share quotations, follow up for approvals and work orders.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely installation and servicing.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM / client database.

Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor activities and pricing in the local market.
  • Identify upcoming projects and tender opportunities.
  • Provide market feedback to the management team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience:

    2- 4 years in

    real estate sales, construction field sales, building materials, infrastructure services, or allied industries

    .
  • Education:

    Graduate (MBA / Sales & Marketing preferred).
  • Skills Required:

    • Strong field sales and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently on sites
    • Good communication & relationship-building skills
    • Comfortable with outdoor work and site visits
    • Basic MS Office & WhatsApp/email communication
  • Must Have:

    • Willingness to work in a

      field-based role

    • Two-wheeler preferred
    • Local market knowledge (Pune & surrounding areas)
