Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Intern / Sales Executive who has recently completed graduation, preferably an MBA, and is eager to build a long-term career in the real estate sector. The candidate will be trained in professional sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Field Activities

Conduct pamphlet distribution through newspapers and other channels.
Coordinate and participate in canopy activities at banks, societies, malls, and public areas.
Assist in on-ground marketing initiatives to generate leads and inquiries.

Sales & Client Engagement

Assist customers during site visits for residential and commercial units.
Present and explain project details, unit options, pricing, and benefits to potential buyers.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Build and maintain healthy relationships with potential clients.

Project Maintenance Coordination

Monitor and assist in the upkeep of clubhouse areas, including the swimming pool, gym, and common club areas, ensuring they are we'll-presented for customer visits.

Participate in sales training sessions to learn real estate sales techniques.
Understand the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Gain hands-on exposure to sales pitches, customer handling, and negotiations.

Skills Required

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Energetic, positive, and eager to learn.

Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Ability to work in field activities and interact with customers confidently.

Strong interest in building a career in sales and real estate.

Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA
