Sales Executive - Sales

Job Title: Sales Executive – SaaS Software Services

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our SaaS team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales funnel, pitching SaaS solutions, and closing deals with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients for SaaS products (LMS, CRM, Cybersecurity, Networking SaaS etc.).
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution-based consultations to understand client needs.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales goals.
• Maintain updated sales records, pipeline, and reporting using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Stay updated with SaaS industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–2 years of experience in SaaS sales / IT sales preferred (freshers with strong communication can also apply).
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
• Ability to understand software products and explain technical features in simple terms.
• Strong problem-solving and client handling abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
• Fresher to 2 years of experience.
• Basic knowledge of SaaS tools such as LMS, CRM, or Cybersecurity solutions.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team with proactive follow-up skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
